Space is an audio widget that allows businesses to host live town halls, audio rooms right from within the browser. Businesses use it to drive Customer Success and generate leads by hosting live product demos, AMA's and fire side chats directly from a website. There is no need to send out meeting links or download anything.

Space was already one of the pioneers in the audio-only domain similar to Clubhouse. Based on user feedback and evolving business needs, the Company felt the user experience could be improved. We were roped in to do the UX overhaul and help them design a new feature - 1:1 Audio Chat.
Live Audio Rooms
The widget can be used to host live audio events like feature launches, fire-side chats, town halls, internal meetings, live product demos, etc. This feature allows businesses to increase engagement with their audience & the broader community.

1:1 Audio Chat
SaaS businesses and eCommerce stores utilize this feature to offer personalized customer service and support. Sales representatives can have calls with prospects right from the website without having to book meetings or download software.
Screenshare & Promotions
During live audio rooms, the host & participants can share screen with a click. What’s more, promotional ribbons can be shown to promote feature releases, products, etc - an innovative way to increase sales.
Pre-recorded Content
Live audio rooms can be recorded. Once the specific event is over, the sessions can be uploaded to the widget. This improves content engagement and is a sure-fire way to generate leads.
